PiTack Punching Sheet III is a patented protective film designed to prevent glass breakage.
PiTack Punching Sheet III has cleared the shot bag test for architectural window films (JIS A5759) and, on July 17, 2015, became the first in the world to be granted a patent registration (PAT.No.5776914).
The shot bag test is a test in which a 45kg lead ball is swung like a pendulum from a 45-degree angle and crashed into a 5mm single-pane glass surface from a height of 450mm to break the glass.
